2. Listings & Pricing Disclaimer

All property specifications, prices, area calculations (super area / carpet area), floor plans, images, and availability dates displayed on Rovette are based on information provided by developers, project owners, or official sources.

Pricing Note: Property prices and developer inventory availability are subject to change without prior notice. Final transaction terms, payment schedules, and stamp duty parameters are governed exclusively by the definitive Builder-Buyer Agreement (BBA) executed between the buyer and developer.

3. Off-Market Viewing & Credential Verification

To protect the privacy of property owners, developers, and high-profile residents, access to off-market inventory, private sky villa viewings, or detailed financial breakdowns may require client credential verification prior to scheduling.

4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
